The free-to-play online role-playing game Runes of Magic features an enthralling background story which you can discover while playing. As the game continues all of the pieces fall into place and you get to know what’s going on in the magical world Taborea.
The massively multiplayer online RPG Runes of Magic is client-based. That means you download the free game client, install it to your computer and then start the game. The client connects with the Runes of Magic game servers and enables you to play together with thousands of real users around the world.
As you start your journey in Runes of Magic, you pick a character which you need to develop and train all the time. The MMORPG features a so called duel class system which means you can pick a primary and a secondary class for your character. There are many different classes in Runes of Magic; there are Warriors, Priests, Rogues, Scouts and Druids. No class is actually superior to the others; you only have to decided what kind of skills you prefer.
Of course, the virtual world of Taborea is a dangerous place – that’s why it’s so exciting to explore. Around every corner, there are enemies and strange creatures lurking. And there’s also a lot of PvP going on in Runes of Magic. Whether you win or lose fights against other players or NPCs strongly depends on your skill and experience level.
